Return rules and criteria

1. When returning the product, it must be without signs of use. All tags and film must be retained on the strap and dial
2. The package must include a warranty card.
3. Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. Processing time for returns and refunds is 1-3 business days after receipt of return items.
5. Returns can be made at Best-Time stores in Kyiv and Dnipro, or by sending the goods to our warehouse in Kyiv via Nova Poshta. To return by Nova Poshta, contact us by phone at 0979102525.
