EVERY watch comes with a 12-month warranty card
Warranty repair conditions:
1. Best-Time store provides an official warranty for all watches 12 months;
2. The warranty covers breakdowns caused by the manufacturer's fault;
3. Repair of faulty parts and related work is carried out free of charge;
4. The warranty does not apply to:
- in case of impact/dropping of the watch;
- on the battery or strap;
- on the case and elements not related to the mechanism;
- in case of water ingress (except for models with water resistance of 5 atmospheres);
- in case of loss of parts or buttons from the watch
5. Water resistance. In models with a water resistance of 50 meters (5 atmospheres), you can swim and take a shower. It is not recommended to use the stopwatch underwater (press any buttons) or dive deeper than two meters. In case of a sharp temperature difference, fogging of the screen is allowed by the manufacturers. The warranty does not cover water ingress due to improper use of the watch.
6. Watches are accepted for repair/exchange only in the presence of a warranty card. Keep the card when purchasing.
7. When returning the goods, it must be without signs of use. All tags and film must be retained on the strap and dial.

If you are from another city: You send us the watch by Nova Poshta, we repair it and send it back to you. Delivery in case of warranty repair is paid by our company.
Return conditions:
1. Best-Time store accepts returns within 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
2. You can return the goods at any Best-Time store or, if you are from another city, by sending it by Nova Poshta.
3. In case of sending the goods by Nova Poshta, all transportation costs are borne by the buyer.
4. Before returning, watches in the original condition that have not been used are accepted. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, dirty, worn, or damaged goods are not subject to return.
